Scholarship for Financial Hardship:
- Two scholarships are available for students per cohort, and are first come, first served.
- For consideration, email the Enrollment Office the following:
- Preferred class date
- DD-214
- “Why?” Statement
Note: For students awarded full grants, a $200 non-refundable processing fee will apply prior to class start.
Total Tuition:
The AiSA farm program costs $6,224.00, which is equivalent to only 2 months of VA education benefits.
Technology Requirements
Confirm you have a laptop and internet access. Two weeks before class, you’ll receive a class start reminder email. Instructor, Tony Lattner will then send a welcome email a day or two prior that provides additional course detail. Zoom class meeting times are:
- Online Day classes: Monday & Thursday, 9–1 PM PST
- In Person Day classes: Tuesday & Friday, 8–3 PM PST
- Night & weekend classes: Tuesday, 6–9 PM PST
Remaining class time will be spent on coursework, exams, and completing your business plan.
Housing & Transportation
Housing and transportation are not included in tuition and are the student’s responsibility.
Refunds
Refund Policy:
A full tuition refund shall be issued only upon official withdrawal from the program before the commencement of the first day of class. Thereafter, no refunds shall be granted.
Tuition Responsibility:
Each student assumes full financial responsibility for the total tuition amount, notwithstanding any veteran benefits, grants, or other forms of financial assistance. Neither Archi’s Institute for Sustainable Agriculture nor the University of Minnesota Crookston shall be held liable for any student tuition expenses related to this program.
